Wrapper Pack 600 LTS for modified atmosphere packaging (M.A.P.)

Synchrogroup has provided to a prestigious Spanish manufacturer a Flowrapper model LTS 600 for wrapping cured sausages in a modified atmosphere pakaging. For this, the wrapper includes a gas sweep system and an online residual oxygen analyzer.
Further includes an automatic product synchronizer correcting irregular arrival rate and distance thereof from an automatic download from curing bars.
The Synchropack´s Flowrapping machine model Pack 600-LTS is also equipped with the following accessories:

  • End sealing LTS (Long Time Sealing) type to ensure the tightness of sealing
  • Special jaws with Eurohole knife die, to allow that the product could be exposed on a display rack
  • No Phase – No Cut function to avoid damaging the products in case they are out of phase with the sealing group

Automatic corrugated cardboard feeder from reel

Synchrogroup has provided to a major Spanish cookies manufacturer, a Synchropack Horizontal Flowrapper model Pack 900 RT equipped with an automatic corrugated cardboard feeder from reel. It makes 4 u. / 4+4 u. / 5+5+5 u. / 5+5+5+5 units per pack to a production of 100 ppm
The supply consists on a Synchropack Flowrapper Pack 900 RT equipped with an Automatic Cartonboard Feeder (ACF), which produces the desired lenght cards, with 4 longitudinal parallel crease lines.
Depending on the presentation, the marked and cut cardboard could be folded shaped like “U” or “O” as required.
Once the product is placed on the flat cartonboard, several folding guides make the folding, around the product, following the longitudinal crease lines.
The cut-off length can be set-up from the touchscreen and the software can memorize different formats.
The ACF module could be installed online or with side entrance to the wrapper, depending on the required configuration.

Hi-Speed Wet Wipes Wrapper

Synchrogroup has evolved its well-known wrapping model Pack 900 LTS “Window-Pack” specially aimed for packaging wet wipes, increasing its production capacity till the 150 ppm in constant production run. This has been possible thanks to the new design of the transversal sealing group which implements important novelties as regards its previous version.
The main change is the decrease in the weight of the group and a mass re-distribution which provides both the lightness and robustness, needed to move faster, consequently, getting more cycles per minute.
The group is still driven by two independent servomotors, perfectly synchronized using the “Synchro-Motion” computerized axes control that has a specific software for this application.
To ensure the tightness of sealing, Synchrogroup incorporates its well proven and exclusive hydropneumatic force transfer group, providing up to 500 kg / force in the welding jaws.
With this machine, Synchrogroup covers a significant demand of the “Wet-wipes” industry where speed requirements are increasingly important due to the continuous production increase of the “Converting” machines.

New Italian Pack Yang high speed MAP tray sealers from Paxon Packaging

Polaris510Paxon Packaging presents the new Polaris EVO series of MAP tray sealers from Italian Pack Yang.

Polaris high speed tray sealers come in a stainless steel construction as standard.

Polaris EVO 560 and EVO 1000 are high speed MAP tray sealers available in single or twin lane versions with varying outputs.

Polaris EVO 1000 achieves outputs of up to 192 trays per minute on the twin lane and 96 trays per minute on the single lane while Polaris EVO 560 achieves 120ppm on the twin lane and 60ppm on the single lane. These outputs are based on a 95mm diameter tray and low MAP, subject to tray size and residual oxygen required.

The EVO series packaging equipment offers touch screen control with electronic servo drive automation.

Paxon Packaging introduces a new line of MAP tray sealers manufactured by Italian Pack Yang of Italy.

Modified atmosphere packaging tray sealers from the Polaris Series are hybrid triple chamber tray sealers capable of tripling the output of a single chamber.

The MAP tray sealers also have the unique feature of being able to incorporate three different tools in the same machine to minimise downtime during changeover.

Any one of the three dies can be selected whilst bypassing the other two tools.

Three different tray sizes can be operated by selecting the appropriate tooling die in the chambers without time-consuming tooling changeover.

Alternatively, the tray sealers can be used as triple chamber tray sealers, increasing the output of the same tray size threefold.

The MAP tray sealers can be integrated with automated conveyors as part of a continuous line.

New horizontal cartoner C222 in cantilevered construction is available from Cariba.

This design allows the complete separation of mechanical working parts from packaging area for carton dust fall prevention in to transmission part of machine and allowing at the same time the complete accessibility for cleaning, ordinary maintenance and change format operations.

The electrical cabinet can be easily moved for accessing to the product conveyance system.

Italian Pack Yang (Italy) has released a new series of M.A.P. (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) tray sealers / tray packers in the Polaris range of models.
The Polaris tray sealers now have the multi-chamber feature that doubles and triples outputs from the standard chamber models.
The Polaris Triple and Quattro models (3 and 4 vacuum chambers with gas flush) can be linked to the Yang automatic collation in-feeds creating a complete automatic line at affordable prices.
As with the standard Polaris model, the tooling is quickly and easily changed for tray or tub size changes. Non-modified atmosphere versions are also available.

The new C230 model is a versatile machine, suitable for a broad range of products, especially cosmetic and pharmaceuticals.
The C230 model unit can be manually fed or integrated with automatic handling feed systems.
Outputs of up to 80ppm are achievable from this intermittent motion version.
As with all the Cariba models, C230 model is built to gmp standards.
