Forming Machines
Suitable to erect carton trays or boxes, starting from flat blank, with bottom closure obtained by means of standard mechanical locks, turn over end walls, hot melt or hot air.
A wide range is available and proposed according to customer requests: mechanical or pneumatic, with direct or indirect cartons feeding.
Can be used as independent unit or as part of a complete line integrated with conveyors, manipulator and closing machine, for the packaging of food or no-food products. Available in customized versions.
Closing Machines
Suitable to close the lid of erected and filled carton boxes, by means of hot melt or tuck in flap systems. The wide range includes inline or angular closing machines, mechanical or lugless type, suitable to close boxes lids on 1 or 3 flaps.
Normally supplied together with the forming machines in order to provide complete solutions, they are suitable to pack food products (ice creams, frozen food, snacks,dairy products, etc.) and no-food products (technical articles, spare parts for cars,etc.).
Available in customized versions.
Cartoning Machines
Our range of horizontal cartoning machines, intermittent or continuous motion, is suitable to pack products into boxes with automatic side loading and closure of the lateral flaps by means of hot melt or tuck-in flap. Products can be loaded into the machine infeed manually by the operator or automatically by means of mechanical or electronic synchronization
unit.
Particularly used to package food products like frozen pizzas, cakes, cereals, rice, coffee packs, etc. Available in customized versions.
Multipack Machines (Sleevers)
Suitable to wrap products like yoghurt cups, cans, trays, etc. with solid carton board sleeve in single or multiple packs. Sleeves are closed on the bottom with hot melt applied by means of guns spraying unit.
Available in customized versions.
Robotic Units
The production costs can be reduced thanks to our automatic top loading station, which is composed with our manipulator integrated with different type of managing conveyors depending on the product.
Repetitive hand operations can be effectively reduced to the minimum, increasing the quality and the efficiency, but also reducing the risks. It is designed to suit the automatic collation and top loading into erected boxes, where product accumulation cannot be randomly assembled.
Wraparound
The Wrap-Around machines are designed to pack the product inside a carton case or tray wrapped around the product starting from flat blank (RM 02 WA).
The product can also be packed into a carton display box composed of a bottom and a lid glued together starting from two flat blanks
(RM W-DB).
Also available is a solution which combines all the possibilities in the same machine.
Monobloc Lines
The compact end of lines are used for applications with a required speed or the necessity to use a robot for a top loading solution. The line can be composed by a forming machine integrated with a manipulator, or by a forming machine integrated with a manipulator and a lidding machine, or also by a forming machine integrated with a manipulator and a closing machine.
The carton package is erected starting from flat blank, closed by hot melt. Also available the version composed by a case erector integrated with a manipulator and a case closer.
Case Packers
The case packer RM I-C is designed to load the product into carton outer cases starting from a preglued carton. The carton case is picked from the high capacity blanks magazine and is opened in positive way by an arm equipped with a suction device.
The product is automatically oriented and loaded from the side into the opened case.
The lateral flap closure is fixed with self adhesive tape or hot-melt.
